Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop e-mail management tool, which will give you complete authority over your mailbox accounts and newsletters. With this easy-to-handle GUI, you can create a new electronic mail account in an instant and administer its settings easily. Furthermore, you can forward mail messages from one e-mail account to another, set up email filters, set up autoresponder messages and protect your email mailboxes against junk e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your e-mail boxes against junk e-mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unasked-for e-mail messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your electronic mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a certain e-mail box account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for filtrating your incoming mails on the basis of specific criteria specified by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can quickly set up an e-mail filter for any of your email box accounts and set the e-mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming electronic mails from one email account to another, or even to a number of other email boxes. Simply select the email box account you wish to redirect electronic mails from, then select the destination mailbox and select if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly configure the email client of your choice to access your email accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox you want to set up on your PC or handheld device and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mail account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple email accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager interface will also allow you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - specify the message you want people to view and our system will do everything else. And if you would like to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
