Hepsia's File Manager allows you to handle your website files using simple point & click maneuvers. Right-click shortcut menus offer rapid access to various file management options, whereas convenient drag-and-drop functionality will enable you to upload new files from your personal computer in no time. You will also find in-built file editors and an image viewer. You will be able to archive and uncompress files without difficulty too.
Fast File Uploads and Downloads
Working with the File Manager feels like working with your desktop PC. The in-built drag & drop functionality will enable you to easily move files between your computer and the web server. Simply select the file that you would like to upload from your PC and then drag it over to your browser. The same goes for downloading a file from the File Manager to your desktop PC. What's more, you can download files and even folders to your personal computer by pushing the Download button.
Easy File Editing Options
With the File Manager GUI, you can create a new file or folder with just one mouse click. All action buttons are conveniently located above the file/folder list and you can update your files with ease. You can rename or copy a file, move a file to another folder, examine the contents of a file or modify its permissions, delete a file, etc.
Handy Archive/Unarchive Functionality
With the File Manager user interface, you will be able to pack and unzip all types of files. It does work incredibly fast - just select the files you wish to compress and push the Compress button. You can even select the archive format (.rar, .zip, and so on). It is just as easy to extract the contents of an archive to a chosen directory.
File Editors
With the File Manager user interface, you actually do not need any external tools to edit your files. There is an image viewer, which allows you to examine the contents of your image files to get a clue about how the images will actually show up online. Also, you will find several built-in file editors, which will give you complete control over your files. The plain text editor and the code editor are designed for more advanced individuals, while the WYSIWYG editor (where you can view all code changes in real time) is also suitable for technically inexperienced individuals.
